We make our best efforts to ensure all orders are packed and shipped as soon as possible. Although we strive to ship out all orders the same day of which they were placed during business hours, we cannot guarantee that they will. Any orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day. Please let us know if you have changed your address ahead of time before ordering. This only applies if you have purchased with us at our showroom or via fashion go. Failure to do so will lead your package to be shipped to an old address and we will not be responsible.
Please note that shipping will be adjusted to the correct amount after you order is fully processed and ready to ship. This makes it easier for both us and the buyer as we try to provide the best shipping rate.
